Returns & Exchange Policy 

AtMaazi, each piece is carefully inspected beforedispatch. Due to the nature of our products and limited production quantities, wegenerally donot offer refunds or exchanges.

However, if you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, we will gladly assist you.

Eligibility 

  • The issue must be reported within 36 hours of delivery. 
  • The item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition with tags attached. 
  • Clear photographs of the defect must be provided. 

Non-Returnable Items 

We do not accept returns or exchanges due to: 

  • Change of mind 
  • Colour variations caused by screen settings 
  • Incorrect size selection 
  • Minor variations in embellishments, lace placement, or handcrafted details 
  • Items purchased during sale promotions, unless defective 

Refunds 

Refunds are generally not offered. In eligible cases, a replacement, exchange, or store credit may be issued at the discretion of Maazi. 

Maazi reserves the right to decline any exchange request that does not meet the conditions outlined above.
